Our Story.

Ngon is restaurant owner Carol Nguyen’s first Vietnamese restaurant after a decade in the restaurant industry.

Carol attributes most of her success to the incredible women in her life. The restaurant and its name, Ngon, pay tribute to her mother, and many cherished recipes have been passed down from her grandmother.

Ngon & Ngôn

At Ngon, our name carries a profound meaning. It not only signifies "delicious" in Vietnamese but also pays homage to Carol's primary source of inspiration and hero, her mother, whose name is Ngôn.

Women-Led. Women Owned.

Leading the charge with Carol on the journey from inception to success are her dedicated former managers, Lyna Tran and Nini Nguyen, who not only managed her previous restaurants for an extended period but also played a crucial role in the opening of this new establishment, Ngon.
