Owner Carol attributes much of her success to the incredible women who shaped her life and her cooking. The restaurant’s name—Ngon, meaning delicious in Vietnamese—honors her mother, while many of the recipes served today were lovingly passed down from her grandmother.

Alongside Carol are Nhi Nguyen and Lyna Tran, her trusted former managers who helped lead her previous restaurants and played an integral role in bringing Ngon to life.

Together, they’ve created a space where heritage is celebrated, stories are shared, and every dish is made with intention.
